Description

This selection from Cedros Island (off the western coast of Baja California) has proven to be an outstanding landscape plant. It grows in a tight, rounded form to about three feet and blooms nearly year round with purple/lavender flowers with occasional water. A great choice for a parking strip or other narrow spot where watering may be difficult. As the seed heads multiply, the flower production drops, so shearing off outer six inches of the plant every winter will keep the blooms coming. Exceptionally fragrant blooms!
